We are trusted advisors for individuals seeking professional legal guidance and support in family law matters

Contact us

1. Initial Consultation

Our initial consultation offers the guidance you need to make informed decisions. Whether it's answering questions or planning, we provide a flat fee for an initial appointment.

2. Advice

It's vital to have experienced family lawyers to guide you through your legal issues. Without specialised advice, your rights could be at risk. We provide the very best legal advice tailored to your particular circumstances.

3. Agreement Drafting & Independent Legal Advice

Many clients come to us with an agreement already reached with their partner, wanting to formalise that agreement to make it legally binding. We can give you many options available to document your agreement including practical and cost effective documents.  We strive to give clients certainty with respect to their fees and we offer a matrix of fee options to suit each circumstance.

4. Representation

From negotiations with your former partner/spouse or their lawyer up to and including going to Court.  We recognise that some clients may need or want advice at certain stages of their matter or they may want to significantly reduce overall legal fees. We can work with you to determine the level of our assistance and guidance.
