Her journey began at the ACT Legal Aid Office at just 17, where she gained foundational insights from some of the region’s most respected legal minds. After a tenure working with a former ACT Chief Minister, Lucy returned to her true calling: family law.

Having spent 16 years at a major Canberra firm before co-founding Neilan Stramandinoli Family Law with Anna Neilan, she has developed a sharp taste for litigation and a fearless approach to protecting her clients’ interests.
